Accessories travel free with a stock or a bag. For other countries, larger orders and accessories on their own, we confirm the shipping cost by email before you pay.

Returns & exchanges

Most of what we make is built to your order, so once paid an order can't be cancelled, and an item without a defect can't be exchanged or returned. Ready-to-ship items can be returned only where the law requires it. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the buyer.

Lifetime warranty

We give a lifetime warranty on workmanship: if a seam, joint, machining or hardware fails through our fault, we repair or replace it. It doesn't cover normal wear or work done by someone else. Full terms are in sections 6–7 of our public offer agreement.

If something isn't right, write to us at dimarstock@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
