DimaRS ("we", "us") runs dimars.com.ua. This page explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

What you give us when you place an order or write to us: your name, email, phone, shipping address and order notes. Card details are handled by WayForPay — we never see or store them.

How we use it

To fulfil your order, to talk to you about it, to improve our service and, where you've agreed, to send you news. If you enter your email at checkout but don't finish the order, we keep your cart and contact details for up to 60 days and may send you one email asking if you need help. Address suggestions at checkout come from OpenStreetMap through the Photon service (komoot, Germany): we send only the address text you type and the country, never your name, email or IP address. We count visits with our own cookie-free statistics: only the page, time spent, country and referring site are kept; your IP address isn't stored (only a daily anonymous hash that can't be reversed), and the data is kept for up to 13 months.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses technical cookies it needs to work (cart, session). The Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which show us how the site and our ads perform, only turn on if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.

Third parties

We share data only with services we need to run the business: payment processors (WayForPay, PayPal), couriers, and advertising and analytics services (Meta, Google).

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
